Frankfurt am Main - October 19th, 2006 - The X-markets team of Deutsche Bank AG issued an unlimited certificate on the S-BOX Nanostart World Nanotech Performance-Index. This certificate for the first time enables investors to invest in choice international nanotechnology companies.

The certificate directly participates in the value development of the S-BOX Nanostart World Nanotech Performance-Index.

Only a few days ago, Nanostart AG in cooperation with boerse-stuttgart AG and ZertifikateJournal (Schweiz) AG issued the first nanotechnology index with a wide range of global investments. As opposed to the current indices, the Nanostart World Nanotech Performance Index comprises companies in six different nations and thus has a unique position among the international nanotechnology indices.
