Investment Associate

Responsibilities will include:

• Deal scouting and administration of deal flow and presentation of such to the directors 
• Investigation of investment opportunities – i.e. technical, commercial and financial due diligence
• Execution of venture capital transactions – i.e. preparation of internal documentation and support in drafting the legal agreements
• Support, supervision and technical and financial controlling of the portfolio companies
• Preparation of internal and external reporting
• Participation in the expansion of our company into new markets in Asia and in corporate finance transactions within our portfolio

Your Profile:

• Excellent university degree in a technical or scientific discipline or finance / business degree with a focus on a technical subject
• Initial work or internship experience
• Strong interest in new technologies, start-ups and commercialization
• Chinese spoken and written language skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Appreciation of the importance of well-written and documented data and evidence. Well-organized and detail-oriented, performance driven, team player, hands-on-mentality.
• Microsoft Office skills
